1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the NexiAstro platform ("Platform"), operated by Nexi Astrotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides automated informational readings about you based on astrological positions of celestial bodies at the time and place of your birth. These readings are generated using proprietary algorithms and astrological data.

The services offered on the Platform are intended solely for entertainment and informational purposes. They should not be construed as professional advice, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

3. Registration and Onboarding

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-commercial, revocable, personal, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform.

5. Services Fee

Certain features and services on the Platform may require payment. Fees are denominated in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD (United States Dollars) as applicable. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

6. Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials, is the proprietary property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or the servers or networks used to make the Platform available.
• Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform for any purpose.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content, services, and features available through the Platform are provided on an "as-is-and-as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Platform, your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
